Dear Family-
When I received your letter about all the garbage going on, I was quite angry! I think the thing that frustrated me the most was that the ward would pass such rumors. And what's up with the re-opening of the case? How lame! I tell you, I think Heavenly Father is trying to prepare our family for something!
The first counselor in the mission presidency is so cool! (as well as his wife) They have become my favorite people on mission. (Pres and Sister Mckay) On Saturday I was talking with Sister Mckay. She always asks about you all and especially about your health, mom. I had just received your letter the day before, so I briefly told her some of the things going on. Then they came to visit our branch on Sunday and she told me that She and Pres. Mckay are going to fast for our family on fast Sunday. I almost started crying. I had to fight back the tears for like 15 min. then Sunday evening Pres. Mckay phone and mentioned that he looks forward to being able to fast for my family and expressed his love for me and he also just told me that he thinks of me as family. They are so cool! I thought that you might want to know that.
We had an awesome baptism yesterday. A woman named Ruth De Canha. She has been investigating for almost 2 years along with her husband. Her husband wasn't baptized yesterday, but I really think he will be soon.
Sister Chieko Okazaki and Sister Parkin came and spoke with us this weekend. It was really nice. They are both incredibly neat women.
I am excited to hear that Kim and Brian are moving to Reno. It will be nice to have the family closer together. I guess I am the odd ball on the other side of the world. Not for much longer though, hu?!/!

Oh wait, one more thing, part of your master plan is to go on mission after Mike goes, does that mean that I'll be coming home and you'll be leaving?
