Family-
Hello! How was your Thanksgiving? Did you all get together? Were you able to? My Thanksgiving was fine. It didn't really seem like Thanksgiving at all. Maybe because of the weather, maybe because of the lack of family. I don't know. But Sister Bennion and I made dinner for the 17 missionaries in our zone. Mom, I have a new respect for you! That was killer! We cooked all day long. It turned out quite good, I was kind of surprised seeing that neither one of us had ever made a turkey before. It was nice.
On Saturday our whole mission went to see the Broadway play, Annie. It was excellent! I love stage plays. I think I'll have to make an effort ot see more when I come home.
Well, this was a pretty tough week as weeks go here in Toti. I'm really feeling stressed out right now. I'll tell you, I think I need to become a wedding coordinator! Guess what I'm doing this weekend? Well, actually this week - arranging a wedding for one of the girls that just got baptized on Sunday. It's really not much. I just need to organize the chapel and order flowers and stuff, but it's just interesting that people keep asking me to help with their weddings. It's interesting.
Well, I don't know what else to write about. There really is not much new from last week.
I just received some letters. I can't believe Aunt Bev has breast cancer. Is she OK? Did they get all the cancer out of her? I wrote a letter to them, I'll send it to you, will you forward it, please?
I didn't know Ryan is getting married! Who is he marrying and when? Didn't he just barely get home? Are Steve and Glenda still living in Springville?
I'm glad that you are just sending money for Christmas. It really is the smart thing to do. I bought you all Christmas gifts, but it's too expensive to post them home, so I'll bring them with me, they'll just be 6 months late! :)
I have no idea how to do the Christmas phone call thing. Just phone me sometime on the 23rd or early in the morning on the 24th. We are, I believe, 9 hrs ahead of you and we are home before 9:30 am or after 9:30 pm. You can even phone me in the middle of the night here if that's what's best for you.
Well, take care! I love you!
Love,
Michelle :)
